Production Line:
Processing process

2, rough grinding processing. The surface roughness and spherical radius meet the requirements of fine grinding.
3, on the plate: After rough grinding, after cleaning, each lens blank is combined into a disk according to the same radius.
4, fine grinding polishing process. When processing the first surface, fine grinding to the polishing process is generally not required to open the plate, that is, one plate at a time. In the operation, three to four gold steel sands with grain size tapering will be ground to the required surface roughness, and then cleaned and polished.
